Messaging Overview

Parsona integrates a native, encrypted messaging system directly into your identity. Unlike Web2 messaging platforms or even most Web3 chat protocols, Parsona Messaging is private by default, identity-bound, and extensible. Every message is cryptographically tied to your Parsona - not a wallet address - and can be used by users, agents, or even smart contracts to send information securely.

This messaging layer is not just for DMs. It powers real-time communication between users and agents, mission briefings, DAO coordination, public broadcasts, and programmable triggers. It also supports permission-based inboxes and zero-knowledge message interactions.

Because Parsona identities are encrypted and persistent, messages are tied to your persona - not to a rotating set of wallet addresses - enabling continuous, contextual conversations across platforms.
